Scheduling, Policies, Terms, etc
Please call to discuss whether or not your medical insurance, or Healthcare Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account might cover all or a portion of your treatment costs.
Cancellation
Please call to cancel or reschedule as soon as you determine you will no longer be able to keep a scheduled appointment. At least 24-hours notice is greatly appreciated. Prior to cancelling, please consider that other appointments may have been turned-down in order to accomodate yours; cancellations can be very costly to me as a result.
